ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to file a final report in Crime No.6 of 2016, which has been transferred from the file of the second respondent, within a time frame.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even after a lapse of three months from the date of registration of the case, the 3rd respondent did not take any efforts to file the final report. Hence, the petitioner has come up with this petition for the aforesaid prayer.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the 3rd respondent requires three months time to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.6 of 2016.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.6 of 2016 before the Court concerned within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
