This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the accused No.4, to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.161 of 2012, pending on the file of the first respondent and quash the same. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after completing the investigation, the F.I.R has been closed as 'Further Action Dropped' on 20.08.2013.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
