This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the charge sheet in C.C.No.6 of 2008 on the file of the learned Tamil Nadu Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) Act / Special Court, Madurai and quash the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that after conducting the trial in C.C.No.6 of 2008, the case was ended in acquittal on 27.02.2018. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
