This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to commence the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.68 of 2016.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State and perused the materials placed on record.
3.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that investigation is pending and she sought 3 months time to complete the investigation and file a final report. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
