O R D E R

This quash petition is filed to quash Crime No.169 of 2013 on the file of the second respondent.

2.Perusal of the grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner would show that there are no merits in the grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner to quash the First Information Report against him. Further, perusal of the FIR would show that there are specific allegations as against the petitioner. The grounds raised in the petition have to be gone into in a full fledged investigation. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to quash the FIR and the Criminal Original Petition is liable to be dismissed. However, the second respondent is directed to file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
