This petition has been filed under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, seeking a direction to the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.567 of 2013.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the second respondent to file final report in Crime No.567 of 2013 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
