Mr. R.Murugan, Learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice to the Respondents.

Learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the enquiry has been fixed on the appeal dated 23.11.2019 filed by the Petitioner, at 03.30 p.m. on 27.04.2020 before the First Respondent and that notice would be issued to all parties concerned including the Petitioner for the same.

The Petitioner and other concerned parties shall attend the hearing on the said date as well as on the subsequent dates to which it is adjourned and extend their co-operation for the expeditious disposal of the matter. It shall be ensured that there is atleast one effective hearing every week showing progress of the case. The First Respondent after giving full opportunity of hearing to all parties concerned, shall consider each of their contentions and pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
