ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul to complete the trial in C.C.No.277 of 2019 within the stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the case is pending trial without any progress from the year 2019.

3. Under such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Dindigul to complete the trial in C.C.No.277 of 2019, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this Court after completion of the proceedings. Further, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail and co-operate for trial.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
