Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant permission to conduct the Flood Light Kabadi competition conducted by "Ram Sport Club" scheduled on 15.06.2019 at about 08.00 p.m., to 16.06.2019 at about 11.00 p.m., in the play ground which is situated in Eragudi Village, Turaiyur Taluk, Trichy, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.06.2019.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission to conduct the Flood Light Kabadi competition by "Ram Sport Club" scheduled on 15.06.2019 at about 08.00 p.m., to 16.06.2019 at about 11.00 p.m., in the playground, which is situated in Eragudi Village, Turaiyur Taluk, Trichy, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.06.2019.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and police protection to conduct the Flood Light Kabadi competition by "Ram Sport Club" from 15.06.2019 at about 08.00 p.m., to 16.06.2019 at about 11.00 p.m., in the playground situated at Eragudi Village, Turaiyur Taluk, Trichy, the petitioner made a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation dated 04.06.2019 to the second respondent and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.06.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
