ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his brothers under the guise of enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.02.2023. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of complaint given by the defacto complainant, an enquiry was conducted and subsequently, they came to know that the property in dispute is belonging to the Corporation and hence, the complaint was closed.

3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
