COMMON ORDER These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 768 days in filing the petition to set aside abatement caused due to the death of the 6th respondent, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 6th respondent, and to bring on record the proposed respondent Nos.15 & 16 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased 6th respondent and rank them as respondent Nos.15 & 16 in the Appeal Suit in A.S.(MD)No.111 of 2018 on the file of this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the affidavits filed in support of these petitions.
3. The learned counsel for respondent Nos.12 to 14 has not raised any objection to allow this petition.

5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
