ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to to direct respondent to file a Final Report/Charge Sheet in Cr.No.333 of 2021 within the period stipulated by this Honble Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation has now been transferred to the file of the Inspector of Police, Rajapalayam North Police Station, Virudhunagar District and it is pending.

4.Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this Court directs the Inspector of Police, Rajapalayam North Police Station, Virudhunagar District to complete the investigation in Crime No. 333 of 2021 pending on his file and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.
