[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The grievance of the petitioner appears to be with respect to the inability to complete the work, despite the work order having been issued as early as on 01.12.2017, followed by a communication given by the third respondent to the second respondent, dated 07.02.2018 to measure the encroached land and fix the boundary for the purposing of laying the road.

2. Mr.A.K.Baskarapandian, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, would submit that the delay has occurred in view of the consequential action required to be taken.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the communication was as early as on 07.02.2018, there was no progress in the matter, despite a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation was made on 21.02.2018.

4. The facts are not in dispute. The work order was issued as early as on 01.12.2017. Therefore, the respondents are hereby directed to remove the encroachment and give effect to the work order, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
