O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order, dated 16.03.2021, made in W.P.(MD) No.5852 of 2021.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents made a submission that out of six installments, five installments have already been paid to the petitioner and the balance installment will be paid within a period of six weeks.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, the contempt petition is closed. However, if the above undertaking is not honoured, the petitioner is at liberty to restore this contempt petition by filing appropriate petition.
