Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.POZHILAN.M, Advocate for M/S.ARULVADIVEL ASSOCIATES, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent No.1, the court made the following order:- 1/3

This petition is filed to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2653 of 2022 vide order dated 08.03.2023 to further period of two weeks.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks time to comply with the condition imposed upon the petitioners, since the petitioners were unable to comply with the order of this Court dated 08.03.2023 made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2653 of 2022 within the stipulated time.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court, vide order dated 08.03.2023, is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners shall stand automatically vacated.
