ORDER
This petition is filed, seeking for a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.94 of 2013 on the file of the second respondent to any other competent Inspector of Police.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in Crime No.94 of 2013 on the file of the second respondent has been completed and the complaint has been closed on 31.08.2013 as 'Mistake of Fact'.
3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
