ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the second respondent to register the F.I.R based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 28.11.2014 within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, already a case has been registered in Crime No.20 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 417 and 409 of I.P.C.
