The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent has not filed final report in Crime No.13 of 2023, dated 02.05.2023. 1/4

2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) takes notice for the respondent and submits that the petitioner has already filed a similar complaint before Nesamani Nagar Police Station, Kanyakumari District and by suppressing the same, another complaint has been filed by him before the respondent police. After completing the investigation, the respondent police found that the complaint lodged by the petitioner is false and they have closed the case as ''mistake of fact''. Their attempts to serve RCS notice is ended in vain and therefore, the notice was affixed in the wall of the petitioner's house in the presence of the Village Administrative Officer. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to furnish a copy of the final report to the petitioner's counsel enabling the petitioner to work out his remedy before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court. 02.04.2024 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet:Yes vrn 2/4
