Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 174 of Cr.P.C. altered into Section 304 (B) of I.P.C. in Crime No.3 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2. One Ganesan, brother of the deceased, lodged a complaint alleging that his sister Umayal was given marriage to the first accused Muthukumar about three years back and she was provided with 7 1/2 sovereigns of gold jewels, XL Super bike and two lakhs as Sridhana and subsequently, all the accused have harassed the deceased demanding more dowry and she died on 02.01.2014.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners and the fourth petitioner is residing at Thiruverumbur in Trichy and the occurrence had taken place in Aranthangi. The learned counsel for the petitioners further submitted that the report of the R.D.O., enquiry does not support the case of the prosecution.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that there are specific allegations against the petitioners in the complaint and the custodial interrogation of the petitioners is necessary in this case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
