PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.02.2020 requesting to resolve the loan obtained by her father and to cooperate for raising the attachment order in truly effective manner.

ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent.
2.It appears that the petitioner's father had availed some loan and mortgaged properties. In order to resolve the issue, the writ petition has been filed.
3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent Bank submitted that the Bank had already sold the loan account in question to asset reconstruction company way back in the year 2014 itself. The learned Standing counsel assured the Court that he will share the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD).No.4882 of 2020 details with the counsel for the petitioner. The said submission is recorded. I am of the view that no further relief can be granted to the writ petitioner in the present proceedings. It is for the writ petitioner to approach the appropriate Court for appropriate relief. I make it clear that I have not decided the rights of the petitioner. The petitioner's rights are entirely left open.
4.With this liberty to the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
