ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is sole accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w. Section 20(b) (ii) (C) of NDPS Act, 1985 in Crime No.60 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police and hence seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of 91.5 kgs. of ganja.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no way connected with the alleged occurrence and he has been falsely implicated in this case. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he is ready to abide any conditions imposed by this Court.

4. Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is a habitual offender and he was already convicted in three previous cases and he has also involved in I.P.C. offences.

5. Considering the fact, I do not find any ground to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
