ORDER
It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.987 of 2015 within a stipulated time. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even after a lapse of six months from the date of registration of the case, the second respondent did not take any efforts to file the final report. Hence, the petitioner has come up with this petition for the aforesaid prayer.

three months time to complete the investigation and to file the final report.
5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.987 of 2015 before the Court concerned within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
