This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Respondents to return the Vehicle of the Petitioner bearing registration No.TN-55-AQ-0096 Bajaj Pulsar, which is in the custody of the 3rd Respondent and to take appropriate legal action against the 3rd Respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 19.09.2017.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2.
https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.According to the petitioner, the petitioner is the owner of the Bajaj Pulsar bearing Registration No.TN-55-AQ-0096. When her
relative Kavi Arasu was travelling in the vehicle, the third respondent conducted vehicle check up. At the time of vehicle check up, since he was not having the original document, the third respondent seized the vehicle. Hence, the present application has been filed.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the respondent police is ready to return the vehicle, if the original documents are produced.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents are directed to return the vehicle of the petitioner bearing Registration No.TN-55-AQ-0096 Bajaj Pulsar within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on production of the original documents relating to the said vehicle.
