This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission for conducting the "Karagattam" on 17.06.2019 at 8.00 pm and "Adal Padal" on 18.06.2019 at 7.00 pm to 11.00 pm at Sri Kamachiamman Thirukovil situated at Rettipalaiyam, Ramanathapuram Village, Thanjavur District.

The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct the Adal Padal Programme on 17.06.2019 and 18.06.2019 in the above said temple, the petitioner made a representation on 30.05.2019 to the second respondent and the said https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.05.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
