O R D E R

The petitioner filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking direction to the second respondent, the Inspector of Police, (*)Karaiyur Police Station, Pudukkottai District to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of petitioner and his family members as and when required by the petitioner on the basis of his representation dated 24.12.2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. side) appearing for State.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the petitioner, having been successful in court proceedings and patta and revenue records of property standing in his name, his possession thereof is being interfered with.

4. In the circumstances, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to give police protection to the petitioner on such dates required by him through a written representation and at his cost. This order shall not be in force beyond two months from today.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
