O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed in Cr.M.P.No.767 of 2015, dated 17.03.2016, by the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Natham. 2.The present petition is filed for modification of the order dated 17.03.2016 imposing the condition, directing the petitioner to deposit the original title deeds of the property of the person, who is willing to stand as a surety for the petitioner. The learned Judge has considered the antecedents of the petitioner and the fact that when he was enlarged on bail on 14.05.2015, he absconded and only after 6 months, he was arrested and number of similar cases are pending and imposed the above conditions giving valid reasons. There is no reason for modification of the said condition.

3.Considering the reasons given by the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Natham, this petition is dismissed.
