O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission and necessary police protection to perform the cultural programme (ie.,) Adal Padal Dance Programme on 14.06.2019 at 7.00 pm to 11.00 pm in the Festival of Arulmighu Sri Bathrakaliamman Thirukovil at V.O. Chidambaranar Street, Dindigul District.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that in order to conduct a Festival of Arulmighu Sri Bathrakaliamman Thirukovil at V.O. Chidambaranar Street, Dindigul District, and also conduct an Adal Padal Dance Programme on 14.06.2019, he made a representation on 31.05.2019 to the respondents. But the same was not considered. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents on instructions would submit that the petitioner's representation was considered and rejected by the second respondent by an order dated 10.06.2019 and copy of the order has been produced before this Court.

4.In the above circumstances, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
