No.2910 of 2024:- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition Under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to Extend the Period of 15 days further from the date of this order copy in pursuance of the order of this court passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20798/2023 on 20.11.2023 ORDER:- This Criminal Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Pragadeeshkumar, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr.A.AlbertJames, Government Advocate (criminal) for the respondents, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to extend the time of 15 days further from the date of this order copy in pursuance of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.20798 of 2023 dated 20.11.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation has already been completed and Police report was filed and the case is now pending on the file of the PCR Court, Thanjvur in Spl.S.C.No.107 of 2024 and the matter is posted for appearance of the accused persons on 21.01.2025.

4.In view of the above, the petitioners shall surrender before the Court below on 21.01.2025. Their surrender shall be accepted and they shall be directed to execute a bond under Section 91 of BNSS.

5.This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of accordingly.
