This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission and necessary Police Protection to perform the cultural programme (ie) Adal Padal Dance Programme on 14.06.2019 at 7.00pm to 11.00pm in the Festival of Arlmighu Sri Sakthi Vinayagar Thirukovil at Kuppalnatham, Sedapatti, Madurai District.

The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct the Adal Padal Programme on 14.06.2019 in the above said temple, the petitioner made a representation on 06.06.2019 to the respondents and the said representation was not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.06.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
