ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police has filed a status report stating that upon thorough enquiry, no material evidence is available to substantiate the allegation and therefore, the complaint has been closed as ''Mistake of Fact''.
2. The learned counsel for the intervenor strongly objected to close the application.
