ORDER

The revision petitioner / defendant has filed this revision to set aside the order, dated 22.02.2002 made in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in I.A.No.29 of 2012 in O.S.No.1258 of 2003, on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Thiruchirappalli.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. The said Interlocutory Application in I.A.No.29 of 2012 was filed by the revision petitioner under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC to reject the plaint and the same was dismissed on 30.01.2019. Thereafter, the petitioner has not filed any revision against the dismissal order of I.A.No.29 of 2012. He has filed I.A.No.1 of 2022 after two years from the date of dismissal of I.A.No.29 of 2012 to review the order passed in I.A.No.29 of 2012.

4. The revision petitioner has not filed any revision against the order passed in I.A.No.29 of 2012 and hence, this revision is not maintainable, which was filed against the order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

C.R.P(MD).No.508 of 2022 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2022 to review the order passed in I.A.No.29 of 2022.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed by confirming the order dated 22.02.2002 made in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in I.A.No.29 of 2012 in O.S.No.1258 of 2003, on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Thiruchirappalli. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
