This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai to expedite the Trial in CC.No.145/2024 and to conclude the same within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. Without going into the merits of this case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai, is directed to dispose of the case in CC.No. 145/2024 as expeditiously as possible within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
