ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a non bailable warrant is pending against the father of the first petitioner in connection with a case under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act in S.T.C.No.2303 of 2011 and as the father is found missing for months together, the petitioner and his mother is repeatedly called and harassed by the respondents. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that the second respondent did not harass the petitioners and they enquired only whereabouts of the accused. He gave an undertaking that the petitioners would not be called for further enquiry.
