This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to grant permission to conduct the cultural programmes (Aadal Padal) during the Kodai Vizha festival of Muthumariyamman Kovil scheduled to be held on 12.06.2019 to celebrate the Kodai Vizha festival of Muthumariyamman Kovil, Neikkarapatti Village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District.

The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct the Adal Padal Programme on 12.06.2019 in the above said temple, the petitioner made a representation on 07.06.2019 to the second respondent and the said representation was not considered so far. filed for the aforesaid relief.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.06.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
