ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.R.SHIVASHANKARI, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also considering the length of delay, this Court is inclined to allow the petition on payment of costs.

3.This petition will be allowed on deposit of Rs.1,000/-, to the Legal Services Authority on or before 29.04.2021. Failing which, this petition shall stands dismissed.
