It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 10.06.2016 and investigate the same and file final report in accordance with law.

2.No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and it has been closed as "mistake of fact".

4.In view of the above submission, the respondent is directed to serve a copy of the closure report to the petitioner, if not already served. It is open to the petitioner to take further action in accordance with law, based on the closure report.
