ORDER

This Civil Revision is filed to direct the Family Court, Madurai, to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.529 of 2018 pending before the Family Court, Madurai as expeditiously as possible. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent. 3.Considering the nature of grievance expressed by the learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner and the pandemic situation, this Court is inclined to entertain this Civil Revision Petition and direct the Family Court, Madurai, to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.529 of 2018 pending before the Family Court, Madurai as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of ten months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
