Mr.S.Manikandan, Government Advocate ( Crl. Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. PRAYER : FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL IN CRIME NO.20/2023 ON THE FILE OF THE RESPONDENT POLICE.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 354-D of IPC r/w Sections 66-D and 67-A of Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008, in Crime No.20 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein has sent the nude 1/3

photos of the defacto complainant to her husband and also shared the same in the social media. Hence the case.

3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4.It appears that this is the third application for anticipatory bail and the earlier anticipatory bail applications filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)Nos.14976 of 2023 and 2384 of 2024 were dismissed by this Court on 12.12.2023 and 21.02.2024. Now, this application is filed by the petitioner without referring the change of circumstances to consider the case.

5.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. sd/- 11/03/2024 / TRUE COPY / /03/2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.
