Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the lock illegally affixed to the office premises by the said third party at the instance and direction of the 3rd respondent, and to consider and act upon the petitioner's representation dated 12.12.2025 and consequently restore access to the petitioner.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 to 3 to remove the lock illegally affixed to the office premises by the said third party at the instance and direction of the 3rd respondent, and to consider and act upon the petitioner's representation dated 12.12.2025, thereby restoring access to the petitioner.

2. Since the Tahsildar, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai, is a necessary party, this Court suo motu impleaded the Tahsildar as the 5th respondent. It is submitted by the official respondents that after receiving the complaint, they referred the matter to the 5th respondent/Tahsildar, and the same is pending without any order being passed. The petitioner, as well as the 4th respondent, also concurred with this statement.

3. Therefore, the 5th respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.12.2025 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With these observations, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
