ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to direct the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 19.02.2019, revising the final authorization sanction order in Letter No.4796/CPS/2018 dated 08.01.2019, making the petitioner's own contribution as Rs.4,28,403/- within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr. A. Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

At the time of hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that even though a larger relief is sought for in this Writ Petition, it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 19.02.2019, for which, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no serious objection.

4. Having regard to the scope of the prayer made by the petitioner and considering the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's case, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 19.02.2019 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
