This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission and adequate police protection to conduct "Karakattam" on 12.06.2019 at about 07.00 PM to 11.00 PM and "Adal Padal" on 13.06.2019 at about 07.00 PM to 11.00 PM in the eve of Vaikasi festival of the Arulmigu Sri Kali amman kovil situated in Kajamalai, Trichy City in pursuant to petitioner's representation dated 07.06.2019.

The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct the Adal Padal Programme on 12.06.2019 and 13.06.2019 in the above said temple, the petitioner made a representation on 07.06.2019 to the respondents and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.06.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.
