ORDER
The petitioners seek a speedy disposal of C.C.No.200 of 2009 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) points out that A1 to A3 have since passed away and that, on account of the pendency of the discharge petitions filed by the petitioners herein, the matter could not be disposed of.
3.The petitioners' counsel, thereupon, states that the petitioners would withdraw their discharge applications and get along with the main matter.
4.Taking note of the submissions made on either side, the learned trial Magistrate is directed to dispose of the case on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
