ORDER

(1)The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 28.11.2025, made in Crl.MP.(MD).No.17717/2025 in Crl.A.(MD).No.408/2021.

(2)The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, vide order dated 28.11.2025, granted bail to the petitioner, by directing him to appear before the Trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforesaid condition till date.

(3)The learned Special Public Prosecutor ppearing for the respondent affirmed the fact of compliance of the aforesaid conditional order by the petitioner till date.

(4)Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. (5)Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditional order dated 28.11.2025, till date, this Court is of the view that the condition imposed on the petitioner, be modified. (6)Accordingly, the petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to report before the Trial Court, on the first Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders The other conditions imposed in the order dated 28.11.2025 remain unaltered.
