This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents herein to grant permission for conducting Adal Padal programme on 03.05.2018 time 06.00 p.m., to 10.00 p.m., in connection with the Festival of Arulmighu Sri Pakavathi Amman and Sri Kaliamman temple which is situated at Sevukampatti, Nilakkottai Taluk, Dindigul District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 24.04.2018. 2.Heard Mr.B.Jameel Arasu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Kannidevan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The second respondent is directed to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct the event in question. It is open to the second respondent to incorporate conditions as he deems it fit to ensure the law and order and peaceful conduct of the event. It is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

made clear that the "Adalpadal" programme shall not extend beyond 10.00 p.m.

4.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
