This petition has been filed seeking to transfer H.M.O.P. No.61 of 2019, from the file of the Family Court, Thiruvallur, to the Subordinate Court, Padmanabapuram, Kanyakumari District. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner has to take care of her three and a half year old child and she has to travel from Kanniyakumari to attend the Court at Thiruvallur. It is further stated that she has to stay at some lodging house alone since she is not having her father to accompany her and hence, prayed the case in H.M.O.P.No.61 of 2019 on the file of the Family Court, Thiruvallur to be transferred Subordinate Court, Padmanabapuram, Kanyakumari District.

3.The reasons stated by the petitioner are satisfactory. Hence, H.M.O.P.No.61 of 2019, is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Thiruvallur, and is transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Padmanabapuram, Kanyakumari District. The Family Court, Thiruvallur, is directed to transmit the entire records in H.M.O.P.No.61 of 2019 to the Subordinate Court, Padmanabapuram, Kanyakumari District. The Subordinate Court, Padmanabapuram, Kanyakumari District, is hereby, directed to issue fresh summon to the respondent after the case is transferred and renumbered. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
