This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents herein to grant permission to conduct the "Adalum Paadalum" dance programme on 01.05.2018 from 08.00 p.m., to 12.00 p.m., in pursuant to the "Chithirai Thiruvizha" of Arulmigu Koothalamman Thirukoil situated at Ayipatti Village, Vellalaviduthi Post, Karambakudi Taluk, Pudukkottai District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.04.2018. 2.Heard Mr.D.Rameshkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Kannidevan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The second respondent is directed to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct the event in question. It is open to the second respondent to incorporate conditions as he deems it fit to ensure the law and order and peaceful conduct of the event. It is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

made clear that the "Adalpadal" programme shall not extend beyond 10.00 p.m.

4.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
