Mr.S.S.Manoj, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in CRL.OP(MD).No.1259 of 2025, dated 23.01.2025. 1/3

2. Mr.J.Sankarapandian, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent- police submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly without any violation.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and condition No.7(b) in the order dated 23.01.2025 passed in CRL.OP(MD).No.1259 of 2025 is hereby modified as "the petitioner shall appear and sign before the learned I Additional Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders". The other conditions shall hold good.
