ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members.

2. According to the petitioner, the petitioner is the owner of the property in S.No.193 bearing Door No.53A New Door No.118, subdivided as S.No. 193/1C1 at Peramangalam Village, Musiri Taluk. The third respondent has sold the property to the petitioner through sale deed, dated 09.01.2020 but thereafter, the respondents 3 and 4 causing disturbance to the petitioner for the enjoyment of the property. Therefore, the petitioner sent a representation to the respondents 1 and 2 on 10.02.2025 seeking police protection but the same has not been considered. Hence, the petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that the petitioner purchased the property from the third respondent but still the third respondent is residing in the said property. Therefore, the matter is purely civil in nature. However, the 2/5

representation of the petitioner, dated 10.02.2025 is still under enquiry and the petitioner has not participated for the enquiry. Therefore, they will conduct the enquiry and dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.02.2025 within one week.

4. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this petition, this Court without even issuing notice to the private respondents inclined to dispose this petition.
