ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.6(b) imposed by this court in Crl.OP.(MD).No. 16430 of 2025 dated 26.09.2025 directed the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) each to the credit of crime No. 442/2025 before the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

3. Considering the nature of offence, the condition No.6(b) imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 16430 of 2025 dated 26.09.2025, is modified and the petitioners shall jointly deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) to the credit of crime No. 442/2025 before the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai and time is extended for a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 18.02.2026 LS 2/4
