ORDER

This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.798 of 2025, dated 20.01.2025.

2. Mr.R.Jothiraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arrested on 04.02.2025 in connection with another case. Hence, the petitioner was unable to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 20.01.2025. Accordingly, he seeks 15 days time to comply with the order passed by 1/3

this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.798 of 2025, dated 20.01.2025.

3. Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 14.03.2025 to comply the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.798 of 2025, dated 20.01.2025. sd/- 26/02/2025 / TRUE COPY / /03/2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S.
